The wood butter really works well so I bought more for a gift.

I wasn't sure about this when I bought it but, it's really great. Historically, I've used straight Mineral Oil and I thought it worked good, until I used this. I lot less messy and sticky than M.O. and a little goes a long way. Now, I'm looking for all kinds of things other than wood utensils to treat; wood trivets, wood bowls, my wood knife holder, rolling pin handles, BBQ grill handles and utensils, the list goes on.

Great item to have to clean and preserve wood. Use it for chopping wood , wood utensils. Leaves my wood smooth shiny and keeps it like new. Highly recommend.

This stuff is by and far the best product of this type I've ever used. My Boos Butcher Block looks better than new. I also used on an unfinished wood buffet table and it is gorgeous! SO I figured why not try it on that completely dried out area on my 1930 original wood floor. Holy cow, I wish it came in a gallon bucket!

This wood butter is food-safe, does what it's supposed to, and is super easy to use. Merely wipe it on your wooden spoons and spatula handles, let sit over night and wipe off. Boom: instant wood moisture. If you wash your wooden stuff in the dishwasher, it will definitely take off the wax quicker, so try to wash by hand and air dry whenever possible. But if you have to, you can use some more wax to reinvigorate your wood very easily. Great stuff!
